Explanation
PRINT EVENT LOG
Generates a localized
list of the 50 most
recent entries in the
error log. For each
entry, the printed
event log shows the
error number, page
count, error code, and
description or
personality.
SHOW EVENT LOG
At the control panel,
scroll through the
contents of the event
log, which lists the 50
most recent events.
CALIBRATE
SCANNER
Use this item to
calibrate the scanner.
You might need to
calibrate the scanner if
it is not capturing the
correct sections of
scanned documents.
PAPER PATH
SENSOR TEST
Initiates a paper path
sensor test. You can
then enter the menus
to print internal pages
(including the paper
path test), set menu
items, and send jobs
from the computer.
The sensors are
updated as paper
passes each sensor,
but no messages are
generated this state.
